You might say Miami Dolphins defensive end Kendall Langford has learned his lesson. At Tuesday’s Dolphins practice, Langford came wearing a pair of 2.5 carat diamond earrings valued at around $50,000 each. It wasn’t until halfway through practice that Langford realized that one of the earrings had fallen out.

“Forgot I had ‘em in”, he told reporters later, holding the earring that was missing its partner. “I’ve got a great group of guys out here helping me — family-type guys.”

And by family he means the teams public relations interns and sideline reporters, I guess that’ll teach you to bring your bling to practice?
