Just when you thought championship locker room t-shirts couldn’t get any cooler, the Sugar Bowl drops this gem last night—preferably for a Michigan Wolverines fan with a sweet tooth.

Michigan and Notre Dame unveiled their legacy adidas football jerseys on Friday. The retro unis will be worn when the two legendary programs face each other for the “Under The Lights” game on Sept. 10. The game will be the first night-game ever to be played at the Big House in Ann Arbor.

Cool deets of note: The Maize and Blue will style and profile with a vintage block ‘M’ on the chest, while the Irish will feature a shamrock emblazoned on the side of their iconic gold helmet.

“We wanted to celebrate the long-standing heritage between two of the most successful programs in college football history for this special Under the Lights game,” said Jon Yuska, director of sports licensing design, adidas. “Michigan and Notre Dame’s jerseys are two of the most iconic in all of sports and these new vintage-inspired uniforms highlight design cues from throughout the schools’ rich football traditions.”
